Beginings

It has been a long time since I have been serious about working out personally. My focus has been on getting other people in shape. The planning and training of other people is my business. My profession.

Today that is changing. Nothing momentus changed. No tide of ill. Just tired of putting everyone one else first.

So. Back to basics. Squats and pull ups.

WOD:

W/U Squat Bar 20

Pull Up 10
Squat #135 10
Pull Up 10
Squat #185 10
Pull Up 10
Squat #205 10
Pull Up 10
Squat #225 8

Basically, totally behind the power curve. Out of shape, tired and well. lazy.

Given, where I once was, where I am now is not very productive.
